1. Where is Autos Direct Online located?
Autos Direct Online is located in Brook Park, Ohio. We are located approximately 5 minutes from Cleveland-Hopkins airport and approximately 15 minutes from downtown Cleveland. We are easily accessible from the highway as well.
2. What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept certified cashier checks drawn from U.S. banks on U.S. funds. We will also accept third party financing, and credit union checks as well. Autos Direct Online may be able to arrange financing on your behalf. Please visit our Online Credit Application, or contact us to begin the finance process. We will accept your initial deposit through PayPal, or credit card.
3. How can I be confident the vehicle is in the condition described?
Autos Direct Online personnel have automobile management experience spanning two decades, and are considered to be experts in the pre-owned field in our locale. We take extreme pride in our cutting-edge business model, and refuse to operate in any manner that is misleading or dishonest. Prior to bidding, we encourage you to call us for an "on-the-phone walk-around" of the vehicle you are interested in.
4. Do you accept trade-in vehicles?
Yes we do. Autos Direct Online is happy to perform a "sight-unseen" appraisal of your current vehicle. We will ask that you are very thorough and forthright in regards to describing the condition and equipment of your vehicle. We will then utilize our vast network of independent experts to achieve a fair market value for your trade-in. Any discrepancies stemming from customer described trade-ins will be addressed at time of actual trade.
5. What type of service work is performed to the vehicles you offer?
At time of arrival at our warehouse facility, the vehicles are sent to a certified technician for a safety and mechanical inspection. We then repair any safety issues that are found. Any additional suggested repairs that we decline to perform are then documented and disclosed during our vehicle description process.
6. What about shipping?
Autos Direct Online will be glad to arrange shipping for you. We work with numerous shipping and transport companies, and are normally able to obtain quotes that are less expensive than our customers receive, due to the large volume of vehicles we ship each month. Also, the transport companies we work with will deliver your new vehicle directly to your home or office. You will not be required to drive to a terminal or "drop point" to take possession of your vehicle. Please feel free to call us to obtain an aggressive quote for your new vehicle to be shipped.
7. Do you provide temporary license plates?
Yes. We will provide you with a valid Ohio temporary tag, good for 30 days.
8. What additional costs will I incur in addition to the vehicle?
Autos Direct Online will apply a $277.00 DOC fee to the balance due. This will be used to cover the cost of paperwork administration, title, and registration fee.
